space519 is accurately described as a “refined general store” featuring “provisions for modern living.”  Traveling extensively to find new products for the store, the shop will carry a rotating assortment of Lance Lawson and Jim Wetzel’s favorite items in a wide array of categories including; home goods, personal accessories for men and women, apothecary products, small electronics, books and CDs. 

The store will feature unique items from apothia L.A. personal fragrances from $35, to refurbished vintage Timex for $225, with a focus on an average price point around $50.  space519 will be a top gift destination featuring complimentary gift wrap and a client gift registry. 

To keep the space fresh and inspiring, space519 will feature an ongoing changing series of shopping vignettes – including a fully realized designer showroom in the 2,100 square foot space.  The initial showroom will feature a curated assortment of vintage furniture and accessories focusing on spring entertaining.  Initial shopping vignettes will feature Native American jewelry and related items from New Mexico and a themed group of items heralding back to 1960s California beach culture.
